APPLICATION STEPS

  • Send your abstract (word/doc) to info@aegeanconference.com until March 15, 2025

  • You will be notified about the outcomes of the review by scientific committee,

  • Academic presentation programme will be published on our web site on March 22, 2025

  •  Please check your name in programme. Zoom ID and password will also be included in the programme.

  • Please don’t forget that the presentation time is Ankara, Türkiye time zone

  • After presentation in conference day, we will send your certificate in PDF format.

  • Proceedings book will be published  on April 30, 2025 on our web site

  • Submission of Full texts is not mandatory

  • Your abstract should have: Title, Authors’ names, email addresses and universities’ name
