You will be notified about the outcomes of the review by scientific committee,

Academic presentation programme will be published on our web site on March 22, 2025

Please check your name in programme. Zoom ID and password will also be included in the programme.

Please don’t forget that the presentation time is Ankara, Türkiye time zone
-
After presentation in conference day, we will send your certificate in PDF format.

Proceedings book will be published on April 30, 2025 on our web site
-
Submission of Full texts is not mandatory

Your abstract should have: Title, Authors’ names, email addresses and universities’ name
